Yes, in the app under Plan & usage. A paid plan renews automatically until you cancel. After you cancel, you keep it to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to Free, and you can change your mind until then.
Your accounts and comments stay. If you have more accounts than Free allows, the newest ones are paused and you choose which stay active. Every account switches to Manual, the only reply mode on Free.
Payments aren’t refundable, unless the Terms say otherwise or the law requires it. Cancelling stops the next charge; the period you’ve already paid for runs to its end.
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless we started providing the service at your explicit request before those 14 days ran out.
You pay for twelve months at once: $180 for Starter, $468 for Pro or $1,428 for Agency. That’s about 20% less than paying monthly. The plan renews every year until you cancel.
You can switch between monthly and yearly in the app at any time. The switch happens right away, the difference is prorated, and your billing date moves to the day you switch.

In Semi-auto, a reply goes out by itself when the AI is at least as sure as the threshold you set, between 50 and 99%. The rest wait for you. In Auto, replies go out by themselves, with no review.
In both, a reply that fails our safety check is not sent and waits for you as a draft. If the AI declines to answer a comment, nothing is sent. Semi-auto comes with Starter, Auto with Pro and Agency. In Manual and Suggest nothing goes out without you.
Yes, in the app under Plan & usage. An upgrade starts right away; from a paid plan you pay the prorated difference.
A downgrade starts when the period you’ve paid for ends, and you keep your current plan until then. If the new plan allows fewer accounts, the newest ones are paused and you choose which stay active. Accounts on a reply mode the new plan doesn’t have switch to Manual.
